I love my Lenexa Starbucks ! The customer service they give here is impressive! You treat like you are their family member because you are !
They always have 2-3 baristas on bar at one time so the wait is rare ! This Starbucks staff if super sweet and caring , not to mention they all make great drinks too , and if it's not right , they will make it right with a smile . Shoutout to my Mostest hostess Sunday night crew.. Sarah , Jordan ,Syd and sometimes Juliana ... thank you for always make my day ! XO -

The service at this location (inside Hen House) was friendly and fast. There were two people in line in front of me, and the line moved quickly. There was a small pastry case, and a dining area. Nice!

Most all Starbucks are consistent in their operations, but not so much the ones that are housed in a store. This one is an exception to that though. I don't know how many in store Starbucks that I've encountered that have only one person behind the counter. If there's more than one person in line, I typically pass, unless I'm really craving my Pike Place. Then I'll endure the wait.
Every time I've gone to this location, they've always had two people working, sometimes three. They're all engaged and keep the line moving. Customer service is always friendly and on point. They know what they're doing in the barista department as well.
There's not a lot else to be said about Starbucks that hasn't been said already. They have good products, and the processes are pretty much the same at all their locations. It all comes down to customer service that raises one location up over another, and they do it right here.
